Electric Nation and EV Charging Projects

The Upper Midwest Inter-Tribal EV Charging Community Network is a Native-led public-private partnership to address plug-in electric vehicle (PEV) barriers for Tribal members in the Upper Midwest. The objectives for this project will be accomplished through the installation of charging equipment on highway corridors and strategic community locations; the deployment of electric vehicles in Tribal fleets; the collection and analysis of data; and a robust education and outreach effort reaching Tribal members, college and technical school students, auto dealership staff, first responders, other Native Nations, and many other audiences.
